ARGH!..
Some may call me a 'girly wuss' for complaining like this on a public forum, but 42kms, three blood blisters and a couple bouts of cramp later...I don't really care!!
Anyhow..I am recovering at home today..
I would like to take this chance to say a big well done to all those who ran yesterday!!
It was a honour to share the road with everybody out there...
For me, running across the Tsing Ma Bridge was the real highlight. It was a cool, sunny(ish) kind of day, and the view you get from there is simply stunning!! Everybody should run over that bridge at some point...
After recovery..it's back to training....
