Fresh Fish

Yesterday I was flicking through youtube when I saw probably the freakiest thing I have witnessed in a while.

Alright, this Japanese bloke walks into a sushi bar (this is not the start to a bad joke) and says to the chef behind the counter, what I would imagine in English would be:

"Excuse me kind sir, but could I trouble you for a cup of green tea and a bite of sashimi"
to which the chef replies...
"Certianly, just gimme a second"

The Chef catches a fish from the fish tank (which is right in front of the customer) and starts slicing away. He takes the extracted flesh and serves it to the customer. The customer looks satisfied "ohhhhaaaaaa" he even says.
"This is well good"
"Yes sir, is veli fresh" the chef proudly declares

What's wrong with that you say?

WELL...as the customer is happily tucking into his freshly prepared meal, he looks at the fish tank in front of him. Suddnely his jaw drops like hes been hit by Mike Tyson with iron gloves on. For there in front of his eyes, is a fish swimming around but ONE SIDE OF HIS BODY IS MISSING!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Yes that's right, the chef, cut the meat off the fish and then placed it back into the water. AND THE FISH WAS STILL SWIMMING AROUND !

If that's not dodgy then I dont know what is.
