As a teacher, I get to read a lot of childrens books. Some are quite brilliant, in fact if you ever get the chance, I suggest that you read 'The Gruffalo' or "I will love you forever". These two books are nothing short of pure genius, highly recommended.
I love telling stories to people. Whether it be to the children I teach or to friends or even to strangers, I normally share a story to start conversation. The thing about stories is that they are so versitile (there is probably a better word to describe them, but I cant think of one right now). They can be true, or completle figments of imagination. They can make people cry, cause people to laugh, put people to sleep, motivate, put down and I honestly believe that the 'right' story can even change the world.
Even Jesus loved stories. In the bible, he often explains things using parables. It made it easier for people to understand what he was trying to say. The parables in the bible are some of my favourite passages in the book (you may recall that I a while back I started a blog study about bibilcal parables, DONT DISMAY, this will be back soon).
A new friend asked me a question recently- "What do you want?"
A simple question, but I have so many different answers.....i often think a lot and for a long time after people ask me a question....
so i guess one thing would be to be an amazing story teller/writer....
so therefore I want to go places and do things, that will create these wonderfull stories...
hmm...this has probably been one of the most randoms posts to date....
anyway....just something i was thinking of...

I Will Love You Forever is SUCH a good book! I was in love with it when I was a kid.
And I'm glad to be your 'new friend'. :) I'm also glad you've been thinking about that... that is such a cool thing to desire out of life, although I must say I think you're pretty good at it already.
