Ideally, it would be great if some of the resolutions I have made become habits. I think that they are good habits to keep, and so I wouldnt mind to much if they stuck.
Having said this, I am not doing too badly. Doing exercise everyday is getting to be something more and more enjoyable and something I look foward too. It gives me a good chance to reflect on my day and organise my thoughts.
Drinking loads of water has also been easier then I anticipated. The only problem is that I need to 'go' quite often...and so everytime I go, I drink a glass or two of water!!
Carvings for Mc'ds, KFC and soft drinks are not actaully too bad...not as tempting as I thought...but its still early days and so we will see how it goes!
